The coconut yoghurt thickener is what gives the coconut yoghurt the perfect texture and consistency. This is a replacement item for the Coconut Yoghurt Kit. 

Directions:

For 800 ml, mix 1 heaped tbsp thickener, 2 tbsp raw sugar (optional) and 1/2 cup of warm coconut milk before adding to mixture. Refer to instructions provided in the Coconut Yoghurt Kit.
